Re: Get those sub forums back, and fast!

Yikes!

Handbags disappeared.

Now one has to scroll through hundreds of posts on shoes, jewelry.

This is terriable.  I thought they said it would be easier.  To want to post for a specfic thing such as Wen or candles it's not easy to find.

Re: Get those sub forums back, and fast!

I haven't even been here that long and I miss all the people I read and posted with in Viewpoints.

To say this is not an enjoyable experience is a gross understatement.  It's downright cumbersome and annoying to locate a topic you are interested in.  I'm certainly not going to waste my good time trying to sift through all this nonsense.  What a disgrace.

Good grief, yes!  What in the world is the rationale for moving to big, general topics only......a change that makes it very difficult to access popular, ongoing discussion topics?

One of my favorite boards was Viewpoinnts.....which is apparently gone.

This print is tiny, unless I adjust font size.

I agree that they should return the subforums back so that we don't spend endless time shifting through it all. it will become a hot mess after a few hours. It isn't organized at all.

I don't understand why they would eliminate the sub-forums in the first place. Without them, our sense of community is gone.

Q, you will be loosing posters (which translates to shoppers) really quickly if you don't get the sub forums back. This is too much to sift through if you just want to converse with people about candles only, or recipes only, or Temp-tations only etc.

Please fix this. And get the stuff posted from the last few weeks back up. Where is it?

Plus I think the loss of the sub-categories also messed with my post count.  I lost over 600 posts in my post count.  Which means I can't look back at those missing posts if I choose to.

Yes, please! This is way too much to sift through. I am all for change and improvement but I do not understand the organization of this. Perhaps a site map or chart would be beneficial.

kzjohnson, I think they announced that post counts would change, as they were only going to go back so far in the old system and move things over. Something to that effect. It makes it hard to tell who has posted more, as it seems all long time posters lost huge numbers of posts.
