1. Stop including a return label addressed to the very customer who is trying to ship it back to QVC. What is that about, anyway? Anyone care to explain? Really, now, WHY is that label in there? You've put that ridiculous thing in there, so please explain.

2. Include the inside circumference of closed bangles. You have refused to do this since I began asking 5 years ago. The wrist size does not matter but the hand/knuckle size does. Duh.

3. Sell Joan Rivers clothing as "petite" for heaven's sake. Clothing designed for 5'2" individuals does not have a proper fit on a person 7" taller.

4. Regarding those beautiful Blue Jean Chef casserole dishes, and Temp-tations - learn how the Chinese do business. They make the first batch pretty well, then it is in their culture to make cuts in production costs by cheapening any where they can, every new order. Temp-tations lids and BJC lids should FIT. Duh. They should not be crazing or cracking. These are beautiful designs. I'd LOVE many of them but am continually disappointed by the quality. Take production to europe.
