Forums not formatting properly in Internet Explorer

I've found that the forum only displays properly in Chrome and Firefox.  I have IE 11 and the formatting is all over the place.

Didn't they fix that yet? Someone had posted it looked better. It was a mess the other day when I checked my laptop. I'm now on an iPad.

iPad users have almost none of the functionality that PC and MAC users do.

The  tools ribbon fits the reply box in Chrome and not IE.  It does work in either browser.
