I have a tool that identifies the various IT systems used on a website. It's not 100% accurate. From what I can tell, QVC uses Disqus, which has the least fully featured user editor I've ever seen. Disqus updated their WYSIWYG editor in 2024, but I didn't see user permissions to permanently change font size on the feature list. 

 

Looking at this interface, it looks as though they've done a fair amount of customization, which may also limit updates (and, therefore, features).

 

It could also be a disinterested IT team.
