Fix your website before these big events!

Another big event about to end, and the website cannot accept orders.

When are you going to fix this recurring problem? This happened on free shipping day, in the 11th hour as well.

CIJ sale prices expire in less than two hours, and another screw up on QVC's part.

You are really annoying customers, and it needs to stop. You are in the business of selling, but at the end of these events, it's almost like you don't want people taking advantage of expiring deals.

Frustrating!

Absolutely ridiculous - 3 hour 4 ez pay event -- top of Q website:  "So sorry we're having technical difficulties" .

They recommend calling the 800 number to "place your order".  I can't VIEW any products on-line so how the heck does that work ?????

I can see this happening once in a blue moon, but this has been on ongoing problem for some time.

The least they can do when something like this happens with the website, especially during special events like CIJ, they should extend the offers an extra day...but who knows if it'll be working then, even??!!!

This seems to happen when they are having these special easy pay offers quite often.  I wonder if it's a purposful move on their part.  If it was once in a while, it would be different, but it seems to me that it's almost every time they have these specials.

I wondered the same thing. Some slimy exec saying "hee hee, "Let's give them a free shipping day, but we'll only let them have a working website for half the day and we're set so they can't search & back up the calls so they get busy signals" mwahahaha!

I think they do it on purpose...

It's sad, but I don't think it's on purpose.  I think these sales bring more shoppers in and the website can't handle the volume.  I was on the website, in the forums and left.  When I came back, I couldn't get in.  I feel bad for those not able to buy.  I'd call customer service this morning and ask for the sale price or easy pay.

Clear your cookies, history and cache and it'll help.  You might want to do this before every such event as it'll help your pc/laptop/tablet work better.

EASY PAY should be an option on every single item every ****** day like HSN.

@StraytoStay

I am sorry to say this, but I do think it's some kind of marketing ploy.  There has to be a reason - maybe trying to get people to clear their carts to insure purchases?   I did notice that I had no problem making my purchases that were already in my cart......
