i would love to see the Q carry Fiesta tableware.  would be so much better than Temptations

they are made in USA, simple, you can mix and match, so many accessories and serveware.

so tired of everything made in China.  They can & should do better!!

i don't know what to say, but its Christmas and we are all in misery

Fiesta is sold everywhere.  I doubt QVC would want all that competition.  Plus,it is heavy and expensive to ship.

I do agree that it is far better than Temptations...and the pieces hold their value.

I collect Evesham...available everywhere too.

I have Dansk dinner and bake warehouse.  It's not cheap but is reasonably priced. I've had mine nearly 40 years.  I've dropped a few pieces and broke them but not a piece has ever had a chip, and of course hasn't crazed.  Looks as good as the day I bought it.  Not heavy.

At one time Joy Mangano sold a line of Correlle.   I got a set, like the pattern and it's about indestructible.  Very lightweight for those who can't handle a pile of heavy plates.

@hkrgrl - QVC actually does carry Fiesta products—just search the website. They used to offer more, but I'm not sure they've sold well; the variety of items in inventory has not changed much over the past couple of years beyond the addition of new colors as they are released, the colors aren't restocked as often as they used to be, and when an item sells out, it rarely returns. I've purchased quite a few Fiesta pieces from QVC during free shipping events because the prices are almost always the same as on the Fiesta website, but I don't have to pay the $4.95 handling fee (and the items either come straight from Fiesta or are packaged identically).

I am that person who has trouble getting dinner plates down from the shelf.  The dishes I have were given to me years ago.  They are very well made and heavy.

Thanksgiving was at my house this year.  I had someone to get the plates down but later when they came out of the dishwasher I was on my own.  I had to stack them one at a time because of the weight.

Today I ordered 10 Corelle plates from E-bay.  I expect them to be much lighter and be about a quarter of the height of my current set.

Dillard's sells it too. I bought a couple of pieces of the Sky blue this week. It wasn't on sale though.

@LizzieInSRQ

why not??  more choices!!

made in USA, lead free.

temptations is all made in China.  who knows what kind of paint & manufacturing practices they are using???

i would be happy with Corelle as well.

if the Q has such great buying power, then they should have competitive pricing.

i buy at Macy's as well.  right now 30% off and free S&H.

i understand about the weight.

when we remodeled our kitchen, i had dish drawers installed.  made our life so much easier.  no more reaching and lifting!!  on of the best decisions we made during our remodel.

QVCs buying power wouldn't have an impact on a brand like Fiesta.  They have many points of access to consumers including their own website and doubt they'd need another middleman.  I get that you'd like to buy it on QVC, but the shipping alone would be prohibitive.  I have a ton of fiesta as that's all we use, but wouldn't buy it here with so many other options
