It was just a suggestion and you all bring up great points! Maybe it would be better if QVC went back to UPS for ALL of their shipping as I believe others have already suggested. No perfect solution available, unfortunately!

I use FedEx for my Q returns.  I can track my packages and even see the date, time & who signed for them.  It only takes a day or two.
