The other day I tried everywhere to get an answer on whether the Tignanello TSV had leather handles or not. In the end I emailed customer service, but due to the turn around only got the response after the TSV had finished. I therefore was unable to get the TSV at the reduced price.

For many women, it is important to know what trim on a bag is leather, especially the handles. When it says body of bag is leather and trim is PVC, it doesn't really identify what parts are included in the trim. In the case iof the TSV mentioned, the handles were identified as leather, even though trim was PVC - nothing was mentioned on multiple presentations either!

I note that bag weights are now added to the decription so please can we have more detailed information about the material used in the handles.
