I know what you are saying.  Even when it's 
QVC's mistake they stand their grounds! I got a package that had my mailing slip but someone else's invoice and their Dooney Bag instead of my order, I called QVC and they would not send out my item until they got the Dooney Bag back.....SMH!!! Woman Frustrated
