Eliminate "As Is" Products When I Search

I would really like to eliminate "As Is" products when I do a search for fashions.  I like to look at clearance or last clicks in my size from several different brands.  I tried one "As Is" purchase and I was so disappointed I decided I would not try any again but when I do a search there is no way to eliminate these products.  Would this be something you could add to the search - only search new?  Thank you.
