Editing Reviews

I would like to encourage QVC to give us the ability to edit the reviews that we have posted.  Sometimes there are things I would like to add or update.

Like that suggestion.

 

I would like QVC to get their Website straightened out.  It has been a mess for quite some time.  They might consider getting IT people that know what they're doing.

I just want to READ THE REVIEWS and I can't.....it's like a White Out Snow Storm.  I base purchase decision making a lot of times on the reviews, customers that have purchased the product and can give feedback.  If I can't see the Review, I risk ordering something that I may have to return.  Enlighten me QVC, is the problem yours or mine in reading the review?  I haven't changed anything on my end which means you've changed things on your end.  It would help it you even posted something about ti telling us "If you have a problem reading the review, here is a suggestion to help you".

 

Thank You for reading this.  I've been a customer for many years and I just gave you some feedback.  I'm not the only one who can't SEE THE REVIEWS.  H-E-L-L-O, is anyone listening?
