Easy Pay suggestion

If you offer Easy Pay, please offer all choices.

 

Example, QVC is offering a 4-pay easy pay on an item or brand.

 

Please offer 2-pay and 3-pay as well at the cart.

 

As a Q-card holder, I'm always offered 3-pay easy pay, sometimes I would prefer a  2-pay choice.

Great suggestion! HSN gives customers a choice of easy pay options.

I wonder what percentage of customers actually take advantage of those options.  I know I shop differently from many, but I'd never even consider it.  I pay the amount due on my card every month, so with any EZPay there's no interest involved.   If I were paying interest for some weird reason, I'd stop shopping for everything except the bare necessities.

 

  With what HSN is doing, they are actually getting some people to pay for them offering this option because by paying earlier for something others are spreading out over a longer time, HSN is in pig heaven when they get their money sooner.  In a way, that's an HSN rip-off even though it's just an option.
