I did look around yesterday and found the posts about his negative emails regarding a CEO of a vendor company he represents or did.  He sent it to the vendor employee and when the employee left they went through his computer.

He didn't remember not to put anything in print.

People come and go from employers all the time. Q and vendors don't have any obligation to tell us anything because it's an HR issue.

And where did I or anyone demand Q give an explanation where MC is?  I simply posted I enjoyed and will miss him as a vendor.

There's absolutely nothing wrong or odd or unusual with wondering about the sudden absence of a TV personality.

It's a common question and quite understandable and reasonable. 

No one demanded an answer.  Just simple normal curiosity.
