In addition to forced auto play, it's so upsetting to not be able to bring up bigger views and colors when selected. All of these changes are not always pleasant to habitual customers. There are items I haven't purchased, especially clothes, because I was so annoyed at not being able to see a better view.

I have no problem with the things you mention. I click on a color and I see the model in that color. The video does not auto play; plays only if I click on it. Are you not able to magnify the illustration by clicking on the + symbol to enlarge it? If you're not able to do these things, there's something wrong with your preferences or your browser.
