Why they don't tell us the actual ship date. Ordering gifts that never ship. Now they have issues at ontario...?   Maybe send email Letting us know, or quit selling what they can't ship!

I totally agree! It's been over 17 days and I just keep getting the runaround. Won't cancel or give me an update.

@Sls1.  They can't give an exact ship date because they don't know.  Orders are often delayed by unpredictable delays in maritime shipping, especially at the moment.

If you need something by a definite deadline, it's best to shop locally for the occasion and not have to worry about shipping.

When one orders from any site there is an expectation of delivery in a timely manner. If there is to be a delay, then that should be communicated before one places the order. That's what companies looking out for their customers do.

Arrrrrrrrrrgh!  I ordered ThinOptics Set of 2 Connect Full Frame Reading on May 11 and QVC just informed me that I won't receive them til next Wed., May 21.  As others have stated, QVC takes longer to ship than any other company from which I order.  And IF it's going to take sooooooo long, it would be nice if they told you that BEFORE you order it.  I don't reallly care WHAT the reason may be... just let us know!!!

I've had two big errors and have been to Customer Serdvice twice trying to get my purchase. Now, I must call again after the 22nd, and it will be 8-10 days, hopefully.

I don't know the reason(s) for the delays in shipping some orders but I suspect it may be the hub it's shipped from or when the item is shipped by the vendor or a combination of factors.   I get some items in a few days and others it takes longer.   I placed an order for a set of towels on April 25th and they arrived in May 15th obviously shipped buy the vendor in its own box.  As Kachina says if you're needing or wanting something fast then it's best you reconsider ordering it.  

i ordered two items from Amazon to be delivered the next day,only one was delivered but the other was delayed supposedly to be shipped the following day.  It still has not arrived now it's supposed to be delivered today but I do get updates from Amazon.  Very few companies have the kind of system to track packages and notify customers that Amazon does

Could weather also be a factor?  I am sure a trucker could give us an earful about snags.

Was it shipped by the vendor or by Q?  If by the vendor, you can almost always expect a delay. Of course, Q isn't much faster and hasn't been for many years.

I always price shop. 99.99% of the time I can find what I want elsewhere for less money and free & faster shipping.

I just had an issue with shipping. I expected and payed for 7 to 10 days of shipping from QVC. This order took 12 days. Astounding to me that QVC hasn't come into this century with their shipping. 

I called my complaint in, Robin the CS Rep, couldn't have been nicer but I know nothing will change.

Pony Express was faster.
