I believe they are selling products on expected time so they don't have to have as big an inventory and therefore don't have a bigger loss on the books.

If it's late in shipping to QVC, it's late to you.

I can understand people's frustration with the long waits when waiting to receive items. I think it is understandable for shoppers to expect items in a reasonable period of time.

I very rarely order from QVC, the last item I ordered was a food product and it did arrive quickly.

I have read all the excuses but there really isn't a good one.  The only plausible explanation for QVC's chronic and growing warehouse problems are 1) poor management and 2) greed.  Stock holders take note - we are fed up.  According to AInvest, QVC ended its 2024 fiscal year with a $1.3 billion net loss and an $809 million operating loss. Total revenue for the year fell 8% to $10 billion, down from $10.9 billion the prior year.   Why?  Because your customers are tired of getting "used" merchandise sold as new.  Tired of getting incorrect orders.  Tired of being told after the sale that an item is suddenly "back ordered" or "advance shipment."  And really, really tired of waiting weeks for orders to be shipped, especially since we can't cancel when orders are delayed, delayed, delayed.  Wise up or go the way of brick and mortar retailers who refuse to read the writing on the wall.  The problem is not the market, QVC, the problem is you.
