Good luck as I've had a Mr. Christmas item sitting in process since 7/3.  I've emailed QVC a couple of times as my estimated arrival date was 7/17.  I wouldn't be so irritated but I see people are writing reviews about the product.  I know it's being shipped out but some how not mine.

Unfortunately, we're experiencing some shipping delays. At this time we haven't been provided with a date the Mr. Christmas Set of 3 Nesting Nostalgic Books, will ship. However we hope to ship the order soon.

What seems completely lunatic to me is that more than one shipment has gone to Ashland VA (15 miles from me) only to be sent next to Butner NC, which is, I don't know for sure, but 100 miles away.  That's just nuts.  And three days to move from UPS to USPS always.  Also nuts.  I agree with whoever said QVC just needs to figure it out and quit annoying so many of us.

And a Merry Christmas as well.  I do sound like a grinch.

I also think when it comes to advance shipping... on the screen it should say expected ship date.  It's become like false advertisement lately.  The advance ship date comes and goes but the geniuses can't tell you when items are going to ship.

I have something similar going on. Took several days to ship out. Then sat in Fontana, Ca. for a few more days. It has now been in Carrollton, Tx. about 3 hours from here for eight days. It was ordered 7/7 and is now 7/24. Like several other customers have said I too am not having these issues with other companies I order from. To add insult to injury I have just received an email asking me to review the item. Get your act together QVC.

I ordered something on July 7th to be delivered on the 23rd. Order Status still says "in process".  I emailed customer service and they told me to be patient!  I have seen some things I would like to order but am very worried about getting them.  I don't mind waiting but I think they should not sell things they don't have in stock.
