I never wear polyester tops and even my pants are a blend. For me, wearing polyester is like wearing a plastic bag.
If you need good cotton blouses, LL Bean's no-iron are outstanding. I wore them every day to work before I retired and people commented that they always looked crisp and pressed. All I did was wash on gentle, put in dryer for 1-2 minutes, and hang to dry.

me too @skatting44 . Cotton, Silk, Linen....I don't mind a small percentage of another material but it can't be overwhelmingly polyester or another man made fabric. I hate it.

Not all cotton will shrink either. You have to care for cotton the way you would other garments. I am particularly fond of cotton sateen items to wear. Has a bit of spandex not much but looks wonderful and feels good against the skin.
