I know this has been talked to death, but it seems like the customer calls have been getting more prominent lately. Can we PLEASE stop this? It does nothing to convince me to purchase. If nothing else, I either mute or change the channel completely which I think is counterintuitive to what QVC wants us to do. If I am not watching, I am not buying.

Rather listen to the customer calls than hear another story about the hosts lives.

I mute the calls. Maybe it's just me, but I often have "bystander embarrassment for the caller, especially when they gush and gush about the hosts and presenters, or go off on tangents, or, ugh, settle in for a chat, only to have the host try to politely cut them off. To be fair, there are some callers who provide helpful information or suggestions on the use of a product. However, so many of the calls make me uncomfortable.

I hate customer calls, especially how callers gush over hosts. They aren't friends or even acquaintances. They are salespeople who happen to be on tv.

 

I change the channel the minute a call comes on. I find something else to watch and rarely go back to Q.

The customer calls don't bother me.  I can tell these ladies are thrilled just to get to speak with the host and vendor.

They don't last long anyways.

I just now heard a Wonderful call by a lady named Patricia with Pat selling Clark's shoes.  She was well spoken and made very good points about why she liked the shoes.

Ths didn't influence me to buy them, but I thought it was nice.😊💝

Doesn't bother me either. Nice of Q to take calls from customers that just want to talk. It makes their day!

Can't stand the calls and yesterday during a show they took three! More time wasted not talking about the product they are presenting.
