Had a problem with shipping. Customer Service seemed to be talking in double talk. After three tries I finally got the problem resolved, but I'm not sure how. I think they just got tired of me and made sure the item shipped. After a week. I have always had such positive experiences with QVC Customer Service. This time was much different. It's making me re-think where I shop. My suggestion is to be more considerate of a customer with a problem.
