What happened to the Customer Review buttons???  I can't leave reviews on anything I've purchased lately.  I can see everyone else's comments, but the box to leave a rating and comments myself no longer populates.  Customer Service says QVC moved the button to the order status pages under "Order Options" - said there is should have 3 options:  Track Your Return, Reorder, Leave a Review.  I do not see Leave a Review, only the other two options.  I've tried logging on with different servers - no luck.  Please fix!!

@missarizona  Agreed. I tried leaving a review on a couple of items and couldn't. No button to leave a review. I find the reviews help a lot with sizing, basic information on quality, etc. I hope it gets fixed.

@Effie54 @missarizona  I've had this issue many times.  Another glitch issue with the Q's website.   The lates GO TO CART pop up is maddening.   You can't get out of it.  The Q is making it harder not easier to shop.

I see a review option on my main Order Status page for every order I've placed and received.  "Write A Review" and "View Order" buttons for each order.  Click on Write a Review and the review option pops right up.

The review ability is not gone.  A Long time ago, the process was changed and she directs you how.

 

I do reviews all the time!!

Get a pop-up blocker!!  I get NO pop ups!  I have Adguard

@RespectLife    Is that different than Ad Block?  I have it but I still get it on the Q website

@Teddixat  Adguard is another ad blocker software.

Go into AdBlock Plus settings & do the necessary.

Block pop ups is on,  don't know why this keeps happening

 

okay fixed it,  I turned off my iPad abd turned it back on and now no more poppies,  thank you Miz IMac

I’m glad The Q removed the capability of leaving a review under the Item description.

Having to go to your Order Status to write a review for an item is then a verified purchase. 🤗🤗🤗
