The item the OP is asking about is NOT a throw.  It had sleeves and a hood on it.  It also wasn't plaid.  It appeared to be a Cuddl Duds item but not one presented or available on QVC. 

 

And yes I think it odd that a rep would be in something not available from her own line when she easily could have worn something being sold.   There are several CD wraps that she could have put on that were being presented.  Why would you wear something no one can buy?
