I purchased the last Copper Chef TSV and absolutely LOVE IT!!!  I would like to make a suggestion for an additional Copper Chef product - how about a muffin pan?  I would love to make little egg, sausage & cheese muffins for my husband to take to work for breakfast but they stick like crazy in a regular muffin pan. A Copper Chef muffin pan would be AWESOME!!!  Thanks, I look forward to more Copper Chef pans in the future - if I get a couple more, I'm going to donate all my other cookware (including a set of Calphalon) to charity Smiley Happy

Love my Copper Chef pan too.  I would definitely purchase a muffin pan if they came out with one!

I got a did, the one I got, the finish started flaking off the edges and I didn't use any metal utensils and washed with a soft sponge. Maybe they changed manufacturing plants? The box said China on mine. If they were made elsewhere before, those were probably the good ones.

I, too, replaced all of my fry pans and large pots when I got my Copper Chef!

I recently bought the 9.5 inch square fry pan at a local retailer with a 20% coupon.  Final cost was $16.00.  I love it.  I made egg white omelettes for my husband and me. I sauteed onions and pepper inn it with a small amount of butter, added the egg whites and they came out beautiful.  Very easy to get out of the pan - clean up was a swish with a soapy sponge.  So far so good.  My SIL has both the Copper Chef and Red Copper fry pans and loves them both.
