Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

Why did you discontinue sell Cooks Essentials Cookware sets. Please bring them back.

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

I agree.  I've been using a Cooks Essentials nonstick set for about 20 years.  It's time for a new one.

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

I also agree!

I've been using my stainless steel CE cookware set at least 20 years too and while they're still in excellent condition, I would buy a backup set, they're that good and make a great gift for family, housewarming, wedding gift, etc.

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

I wasn't aware they had.......I just checked their stock and they have a couple of sets plus lots of single cooking items.

I bought a 3 piece set back yonder time and still going strong;   but liking it I'm now considering adding to it.

Where did you hear CE is no more?

Q is pushing cast iron pans - have 2 of Chef "Z" and already tired of them.  Donation time.............................

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

I have enough to stock up a few kitchens lol. Love them. What I miss also is Technique. I also have a lot of those. My son always ask for pots and pans for his friends because he knew I would never say no.

My favorites are Cooks Essentials, Wolfgang Puck (not the new ones) Technique and now Curtis Stone.

I didn't hear that it was discontinued or anything like that.. The only thing I see is that they don't show Cooks Essential cookware sets anymore.   Or it they do, I haven't seen it.

No hard anodized aluminum, which used to be their strong point.  Just a couple of cast iron and  light weight aluminum sets.  No Technique at all.  Maybe they will carry Curtis Stone, like I'd hoped.  And no, they shouldn't take it off of HSN, let both networks carry it.

Me too!!  My set is still in pretty good shape...just  one or two pans looked used.  Also gave a set to DD many years ago.  She just recently upgraded to another brand!

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

@EFRY - Welcome to the forums! In the past, QVC has offered more cookware sets from all brands in the fall than at any other time of the year, likely because that is typically when we start having big gatherings and are staying inside and cooking more. Obviously, this year we are spending more time inside than usual overall and may not have as many big gatherings, but since the Q's inventory is ordered far in advance, I'd still expect to see cookware sets starting to pop up more often in the next couple of months. I hope you find what you need soon—happy shopping...

Re: Cooks Essentials Cookware Sets

I like this line and have used some of my Cooks Essential pans for over 20 years. I have the stainless belly shape stove top vessels, several fry pans, hard anodized casseroles, and bakeware. I have 4 of their electric pots, all sizes, and use them for soups and chili all the time. Also have an an electric round grill pan that makes the best baked apples in 10 minutes. I searched for replacement fry pans a few months ago and realized that they have really scaled back on this line. The cast iron is too heavy for me to handle. Glad I have a good selection.
