I still enjoy watching ITKWD. It is entertaining to is. I'm not sold on ITKWM yet. She needs to find her own style. She is trying to be David and we know that doesn't work. Just be yourself. And stop over-enunciating words. I'm not stupid. LOL

Here's a novel concept:
Why not actually make a recipe on air? From soup to nuts, so to speak. Like a cooking show. That format requires sophisticated production that the Q, sadly, does not have.
David does enjoy working with celebrity cooks and is so gracious with them, why not go that route more often? I loved his shows with Ina Garten, Lydia Bastianich, Paula Deen, etc.

I too am watching less of ITKWD. Not because of David so much but because of the merchandise. Just about everytime you can list the products that are going to be on the show. Boring! I don't care for Temtations anything. Don't care for the print designs. I already have a Vitamix, which I purchased for a much lower price then QVC's price. The majority of the prepared food is astronomical in price. If you break it down to price per pound/ounce, my God. It's ridiculous! In general I am watching less QVC. Management is doing just about everything wrong for the customers. S&H prices are high. Return pricing is high. Price increases on some of the merchandise is unwarranted imho. Same ole' merchandise time and time again. No real incentives for the customers- coupons, sales, even clearance prices are a joke. Less watching means less buying. I take my money where I am appreciated. Simple as that.

I personally cannot stand David. I think he's a complete joke and so phoney.
I love kitchen gadgets and such but I refuse to watch him. I do like Mary so far though and I really like when she hosts.
I do agree that others should do some cooking shows. What happened to Antonella and her cooking show? Was that just a holiday thing? She was a natural in the kitchen.
I really wish that they would do more actual cooking on the show. Do it from prep to finished product. That way you can show and USE the item.
For example, this is just a simple one, but make chicken and dumplings. You can show and use the Vitamix or Kitchen-Aid to make the dumpling dough. Then use the Cook's Essentials Electric Mandolin to cut/chop/dice the veggies. And so on like using a Le Cruset pot for the finished recipe.
There is so much that could be done like that. And while things cook, present another item or two not used in the recipe.
Doing this is what would get me back to watching David. But until that happens, I refuse to watch his stupid dances.

Temptations items get their own full hours for shows, then they put them in the kitchen shows, that's just too much. After all, just how much heavy ceramic does a person need? Add to that I don't care for patterned dishes. I'd prefer the boring white dishes. That way I can change colors of table cloth, and table decorations.
David's show has become boring because they show the same stuff over, and over. They also spend too much time on each item. I don't watch the shows, I just go over what was on air.
