@Beth-QVC, could you clarify why this would matter? I would think almost everyone everywhere is on the national Do Not Call list. Do you mean a specific QVC Do Not Call list? And since the Insider is either emailed or snail mailed, I'm puzzled as to what Do Not Call has to do with receiving the Insider.

For the record, I am on Do Not Call lists and I do receive the Insider.

The Do Not Call List I am referring to is a QVC one. I believe this was on offer before my time. For some reason we will need to release the DNC coding as it prevents all subscriptions and/or emails. We have found it to be the problem with particuarly the TSV presale alerts.

I do not recall signing up for any DNC list at QVC.  I receive emails from them regularly telling me about wish list items special offers expiring, things in my shopping cart, etc.  I do not receive emails about presale TSV's. Thanks for signing me up. I thought I signed up twice before but maybe I did not complete something correctly?

@Beth-QVC Thank you for your assistance with this.  Will check with my DH if he signed us up for something newer regarding the do not call list.  He works for the phone company and might have thought he found a way to slow me down.  Well, thinks he has. 😉

@@Beth-QVC, I also should be getting the Insider and have had nothing but trouble despite multiple requests to iron this out and add me back to the list. I prefer the digital version, but at this point, I will take what I can get.   I have definitely ordered within the past year, but I was not receiving this regularly even when I had multiple orders over many months. I have never requested to be on the QVC do not call list. I have tried subcscribing, unsubscribing and resubscribing to the emails from QVC many times to no avail. I do not get ANY emails from QVC relating to promotions. I really only want certain categories, but if the Insider gets established for me again, I will leave everything alone. Will you please get me added back to the digital or otherwise subscriber list for the Insider too? I would really appreciate it.

A long time ago (before this version of the QVC boards), my email account was hacked and I guess QVC started getting the spam emails from me, so they had marked it as spam and blocked my email address and I stopped getting all emails (orders, shipping, etc.).  I called CS and they figured it out and unblocked it.

I don't think this DNC thing is something we elect necessarily.  It may be a filter their network uses when emails bounce back or they start getting spam.
