However, some who meet these requirements are still not receiving the InsideQ.  This is an ongoing problem.

I have not received the August copy.

Beth - I have been a customer for over 12 years and have never received the InsideQ magazine even though I have requested it several times.  I buy regularly so that requirement is not the problem. I have posted this before to you or someone else and I still have never received the magazine.

I'm glad I saw this posted.  I too meet the requirements to recieve the InsiderQ.  I did not get the July issue nor the August issue.  I did get the July email version (but not August).  I'm hoping that they get it corrected for us that do meet requirements.

There seems to be a very bad system in regards to mailing out this magazine.  I have been a longtime customer who buys regularly (every month all year) and I have requested this magazine several times.  I have never received it ever!  I have a friend who buys once or twice a year and gets it regularly.  It is such a joke between us.

I am sorry that this has been such an issue. It looks like you are not signed up for the subscription but that may be part of the problem. I have enrolled you again and am sending you the August copy now. We will research this for you and may I ask if you have ever subscribed to any Do Not Call Lists?

@Beth-QVC  "People" have been looking into the issue with mine for over a year.

It clearly shows on my order history page that I am an active subscriber but I don't receive the email link or the paper copy.

Someone manually mailed me a paper copy about a year ago and that was the last of it.

I've posted twice and emailed twice about it and everyone is looking into it.

If they every come back from their trip, let me know what they find ;o)
