Changes to website and shows

New changes to website makes it more difficult to find what I am looking for.  Also the picture frames they are using when showing items on tv are very distracting, and you can't see the products!

Yes, I hate changes also. It is impossible to find what you are looking for.

I, too, hate the nnew interface.  You can find "recently on air" under Menu on the left side, then go to Shop QVC, it is under that heading.  It takes longer to find all the stuff now, and I don't know why they did this.

Re: Changes to website and shows

I hate this new website. In addition to all the other criticisms made, the site itself is wonky and sometimes while I'm on one page or one of  the forums site it flips--for no apparent reason--to some other page on the website.

If I were a suspicious type (hee hee--who, moi????) I'd wonder if QVC is making their site--especially the chat boards--as difficult as possible to navigate so we'll all give up and turn on the television.

What they possibly don't know is that, yes, we WILL give up in disgust, and buy elsewhere and/or find something else to do. If you don't mind flipping through catalogues (I find it very enjoyable) Land's End and LLBean have some really nice clothes; they aren't as CHEAP as QVC but of course their quality is much better.

I fault LLBean only for how confusing their catalogue is; sometimes it's hard to find the item number and price for a product but if it's sale it's worth the effort. And if you have a Sears near by, a lot of them have a LandsEnd section which is very convenient if you want to return an item, rather than wrestle it into a packing box and hauling ti to the post office to pay high shipping charges at a UPS store.
