Change in shipping method

In the past when I placed an order with QVC it would arrive UPS to my door or the occaisonal Post office delivery if the package was small enough.

Now QVC is using UPS rural basic which is a UPS delivery to the Post office. That means I have to make an hour round trip to my local post office to get my packages. Recently I ordered two Ultimate slankets. The status says delivered but they are no where to be seen. I get to chase packages again.

So I am paying gas and a delivery charge. Humm...

QVC your competitors still deliver to my door. As an added bonus most do not charge me tax either.

Its getting more difficult to shop at QVC.
