I have one question ... who approves all these web page changes???   I mean ... making the "items on air" former show filter panel on the left side of the screen so teeny tiny.  Well, QVC, I guess you don't want us to go back to recent shows and see what was on air after all.  Not user friendly.  P.S.  And QVC, please stop moving the top line choices around, i can barely find Program guide some days.  Ridiculous.

I agree I do not like the new format!  It is not user friendly having to use a drop down box to see previous shows.  Also keep the top line in the same place.  It depends on what screen you are on to see the program guide or to even get to order status.

I loathe the new website.  I tried looking for Valeries midnight show and I couldn't get pass 3 a.m.  So i went to look for "new" items  That too wasn't the easiest.  When I typed in the search box Valerie Parr Hill it listed every designer and I had to make another selection, etc.  I don't know who came up the this system but its terrible!  Watching less and less and looks like the same for their website. Let's hope the web designer didn't receive a bonus for this.

Oh, my gosh......I've tried over and over again for the past several days......Cannot seem to get Items Recently On Air........It appears and then quickly goes to Items (presently in the hour) on Air.

So, I guess that I've missed ordering several items that were presented in the past few days.

It used to be my 'Go to' QVC function.

I wish they would re-instate the old form of Items Recently Aired.

To access order status...

go to the upper left menu symbol and click.  Where it welcomes you by name, click that.  Order status is several spots down from the top of that list.  
I got tired of typing in order status in the search bar, too, so I went hunting & figured this out.

The 'new' format for the web pages is horrible, absolutely horrible, no question about it.   Put it back the way it was prior to these changes.  Your developers need to be demoted with this mess.

We all should know Q isn't going back to the old format. Corporations don't spend money on IT issues and then go back to the old.

I don't see much difference. The titles of shows are still listed and you can click on the one you want. You don't have to scroll through all the products if you don't want to.
