Can hosts show the INSIDE of the garment they are showing? It would really help.

I like to look at a garment inside and out.I like to see what the fabric looks like on the “wrong” side and also what the seams look like (how are they finished?). There was a cute zip front Faux leather jumpsuit on and I was wishing the host would unzip it and show me the inside. It would add a nice dimension to the show and fill up some of the time they have to show it off.

Agree.  By not doing this it looks like QVC is trying to hide poor construction and workmanship.

Sometimes the hosts will show the reverse of an item but not always.  I do appreciate receiving all the important and necessary information in order for me to make an informed decision.
