I agree.. This format is just about the worst I've ever seen. And I've been in computer programming and analysis for over 40 years.. And the functionality is gone too. I don't understand how they could have made all these changes without thourough testing...

I AGREE !!! They need to keep the old format, maybe add new gradually , a little at a time.

Totally agree with everyone. I haven't been interested in buying because I always came to the forums for idea's and opinion's. Now I can't find anything. Nordstrom's and Neiman's will be happy. Spikey's Mom

If you look at the number of people on line, there seems to have been 90% or more drop-off in volume. That alone should mandate fixing of this new format. I agree that it is impossible to find things and immensely harder to read than before. What they had did not need fixing, but this sure does!
The difficulty in reading this board and the severe drop in participation will cost QVC. I came here for info on the TSV, but there is a fraction of the usual posts about it. I ended up buying HSN's blender.

I agree that I wish it would go back to the "old boards" --- but sadly, I don't see that happening. I also am posting less...it takes waaaay too long to find what I want to reply back to. I am sure that some like it, and that is fine, but speaking only for me, I get aggravated trying to hop around. Very sad because coming here and posting was one of the highlights of my day.

I think the volume of forum participants is of very little value to QVC in their marketing strategy. When you are selling things in the tens of thousands a few forum posts positive or negative make little difference.
They aren't going back to the old format and the intense policing of the posts are intended to get the forum to conform to their standards. While the old forum layout was popular with participants if it brought nothing to the bottom line it wasn't a good product for QVC. They probably wish they didn't even have to deal with forums. They are all about Facebook and Twitter and Instagram now.

I sure wish someone could tell me how to view my posts so I can see the replies! I find this new formal very difficult to navigate and I don't have the patience or desire to try to figure it out.

This format just doesn't cut the mustard. I can't see my own posts for responses. Finding interesting posts is difficult. It is hard on the eyes. What's not to love? Everything
