Buyers to buy less so that we don't get clearance items on Fall Fashion Day!! Some items were selling years ago!!

I am so tired of the Buyers not doing a good job!! They must be buying way too many of one design and then we get clearance and overstock prices on Fashion Day. Let's put the blame where it belongs-Buying Team!!
