I've noticed that customers that leave in a snit and say they'll never shop at QVC again are soon back talking about their latest purchase. 

There have been several hosts that left and returned as product reps but I can't see Carolyn doing that.  It would be demeaning, although they could certainly use a knowledgeable gardening person.

First the focus on Lisa R leaving; then Antonella; now Carolyn.  Who's next???  Good grief!! How people can get so caught up in a stranger's life remains a mystery to me.  And if you feel that the QVC hosts are "friends", you're watching too much--LOL!!!
