All QVC customers, beware if you order something on easy pay, they took the full amount on my account, then the very next day, took the easy pay. The customer service department was not helpful or even apologetic, and to top it off, I had a 54.00 credit that would have covered the first easy pay. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from QVC any longer. I looked back to see how many times I have ordered from QVC, 80 items over the last few years, this is how they repay their loyal customers. Keep an eye on your accounts, they may be double charging you!
