My suggestion is that the ordering, shipping and ability to cancel an item(s) be as efficient and responsive to the needs of its customers as the Board Moderators and Customer Care Reps are! Won't ever happen, I know that, but just saying....

I must agree!  If QVC wants to stay competitive with other online retailers, they really need to step thing up!!

I will pay a bit more to order item from Amazon to get in 1-2 days vs 1-2 weeks from QVC!!!!

Moderators, Please take feedback to your key stakeholders!!  

I keep hearing they are working on improvements, but no changes seen yet...holidays around the corner!!

I agree.  QVC used to be great about processing & shipping orders.  Then a banner appeared saying they were working to get better.  Umm, they became horrible.  I don't order much from Q, only things I cannot find elsewhere, so perhaps my experience is not indicative of others.

Well said.  I think QVC is way out of date in this area.  Why shop here when you can get items faster on other sites.

I agree they need to ship things out faster.  As far as cancelling an order, most retailers do not allow it.  I think we were spoiled in the past with cancelling the same day, but not anymore.

I agree. I annoying that when I try to cancel an order shortly after i ordered it that is says in processing. Getting tired of all the repeat shows on the main channel in the early hours like today 10/21 that they are all the same items. QVC was wonderful years ago and they cared for their customers, but now they are all about the money. I realize they are in a business to make money but with all the shipping costs back and forth that is just not customer friendly. Some of the hosts just talk to much also with the guests like SK with Isaac and Lori Goldstein. I think that they need to go back to the way things used to be better values, more professional and better ordering and delivering. I do enjoy most of the hosts chatting at times but would appreciate more details of the product
