Asking questions under items

I am logged in to QVC on my phone. It is telling me I must be logged in to ask a question. Please technical people - fix this! The only way I could log in is to log out and log in again.

The computer version has the same problem sometimes and that's exactly what I have done...log off and then back on again

Perhaps try a browser such as Google Chrome on phone instead of the App.  I find there are more features on the full site versus the app.

Going by just what I have been reading casually, this isn't the best avenue to get a quick answer.  If you are in the mindset to place your order now, you are better off asking here on the forum.  More readers.
