In all my years of shopping QVC, canceling an order could never be done.  Whether (in my experiences) is was because I changed my mind 10 minutes later or what I ordered was in process for forever.  Customer service has explained to me that once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.  Period.  Now, do I believe this can't be done or that QVC doesn't want to do it?  I believe the second is true.

I only remember one time that I regretted pressing the "order" button. I had ordered three orders from Lock n Lock. I forgot to check one of the item's measurements, and as soon as I checked, I knew that the item wouldn't work for me. It was within the hour, and I noticed a "cancel" button by that particular order. I pressed it, and it immediately cancelled. I even received an e-mail confirming the cancellation. The other two orders weren't bothered, and I wasn't charged anything for the cancelled item. However, I have noticed that most items will go to "processing" right away. Go figure on that.
