@Sweet_Serenity. If you haven't sent them back, try putting some body powder under the footbed. It works as a lubricant. It's funny this happens with some shoes. I have over 2 dozen pairs and I've never had a pair make those noises.

Alegria needs to fix the problem. Not alone read many reviews.

So upset! Can't write. The company incrediolus continues not addressing.

Done with trying this brand. Bad! Customer service. Lacking quality.

No, I've heard other people with the same complaint...not many but a few. It must be from the footbed moving slightly as you walk.

Take out your sole look inside..empty imo air is getting in there.
