I saw the section at the bottom of the review page that says:  Can You Answer These Questions?

Someone was asking about what a pre-basted turkey was injected with!  Nothing to do with a shirt!

Oh geez. I really believe the MOD's need to pay more attention to these reviews and questions. Many have nothing to do with the item and does not help the consumer in any way shape or form. I wish they would focus on this issue more. I've offered my help but they have not responded Woman Wink

Re: After I reviewed a shirt…

@cjm61    The mods don't have anything to do with reviews.  They are basically CS specialists, specially chosen.  There is a special contractor hired to review and post reviews.  He/she obviously doesn't have the authority to do much except maybe exclude profanity.

Many of the questions people ask are ridiculous or inappropriate.  Many would be answered if they'd read the description.  Nobody can prevent them from asking nonsensical questions

Re: After I reviewed a shirt…

@Magny - If this happened AFTER you submitted a review, did the question appear on a whole new, separate page? If so, that means it was not connected to the item you were reviewing, but instead was suggested for you based on either your purchase history or other items you have reviewed—or in some cases, questions you have asked. Every time I submit a review and see that "Can You Answer" page, more than half of it is filled with questions I submitted for items ages ago that were never answered, and many of those items have not been available for purchase for quite some time.

Re: After I reviewed a shirt…

Reviews at most companies are handled by a third party algorhythm, not human beings.

I really don't care where a question shows up or if there are unrelated/useless reviews. It's not worth taking up space in my head. And it's easy enough to discard them if I really want to know what people think about a product.

@Kachina624

If it is nonsensical and most of the questions do not count toward anything about the iitem for sale, then that question area should be deleted from QVC as it negligible.

The question was on the bottom of my submitted, accepted review page.  I have never

asked any questions, nor purchased a turkey from Q!

@Magny @I believe these come up randomly.  In other words you answered a customer question and once you do that it randomly pulls questions that have never been answered to see if your u can help with those.  It has nothing to do with a previous purchase but rather it's a computer algorithm that pulls up questions that were asked but never answered.  It's not based on your prior purchases or even prior answers.  It just pulls random questions lacking an answer and asks if you could help with this question too.
