Re: ATTENTION: Susan Graver/Buyer

Dear ladies, find some where else to buy pants. I buy pants from Landsend. They sell regular length, and tall. LS has sales on their items. You need to get on their email list. It is my go to place for winter coats and jackets.

Re: ATTENTION: Susan Graver/Buyer

I always laugh when she call her self the pants destination....I have tried A LOT of her pants....none fit.  The crotch is always off, the waist tight (and I have a small waist).  I quit trying her pants a few years ago, saved myself a ton on money in returns.

And yes, she is pricing her self out of the market.  I bought a couple very cute tops today 30 minutes from my home....and they were summer things purchased at a deep disount!

@Roxie Pokie   I understand about who does the pricing.  Honestly I don't care who does it, I think SG and a few other brands are way over the top for what you're buying.  Just what I think.

Re: ATTENTION: Susan Graver/Buyer

I quit even looking at any Susan Graver items long ago. Most of it is cheap polyester, with a gaudy print, and a price she can't demand.  She's not a designer, she mass markets like Wal-Mart.  You'll find a large number of her items on clearance or on Lunchtime Special Values.  All her clothes are made to fit women with large hips and thighs, like hers.  Her clothes don't fit the average woman.

Re: ATTENTION: Susan Graver/Buyer

I have actually been LOOKING for something from Susan Graver since LAST Fall (September 2015). I want a liquid knit WHITE, elbow or 3/4 length sleeve, top. I almost don't care if it has a boat neck, crew neck, bateau neck but please where is the WHITE??? I see ivory and stone but white disappears before I get a chance. I've been shopping with QVC for years and it's like she's no longer interested in white. I emailed my comment previously (a month or so) and never heard a word.....

Re: ATTENTION: Susan Graver/Buyer

I used to buy SG clothes all the time when she had her polyester striated "silk" items, before they got so thick, loved them.  And believe it or not, they were not hot to wear.

I'm a sewer that goes way back..... and polyester has changed, especially in the last 20 years.  Depending on the thickness of the strands and how the manufacturer weaves the threads, you can get gorgeous, airy, breathable material!

I know what's out there in the stores (already made) is mostly junk, and it gives polyester a very bad name on top of what it was like in the 60's and 70's, but it has changed.  I especially can't stand the thicker, tighter weave pieces but the newer stuff is very nice AND EXPENSIVE!

The last time I went out there to price a nice poly fabric for a blouse, the one I loved ran over $30 a yard~!!  When you need about 2 to 2 1/2 yards for a blouse, plus whatever extras... you've spent (very roughly) $75 before labor~!!

I have never purchased her pants for that very reason. I am only 5'2" but I have long legs, 32" inseam. I don't care for ankle pants, ironically, they make me look short. I don't want to have to wear a heel to make the 28-29" inseam work. It would be grat if she offered 32" and 34" inseams.

I also wish she would make true petites - I have never been able to wear any of her pants!    Also her 3/4 sleeves are too long.  My final wish would be that she have consistent sizing - and no so many things with embellishments please!
