Hi. I'm new here and this is just my opinion. I miss actual customer reviews on products. I don't like the new AI reviews. I enjoyed reading the personal reviews from people who had tried the products. And on the Lunchtime Specials there are no more videos. I Mia them too. I guess I'm just old-fashioned. ☺️

I haven't seen any AI reviews.  Do you mean the questions?  If so, I love that feature because I can ask something about an item and get an immediate answer.

I still review products...mostly on the actual listing.

I will rarely post a review on the community here unless I’m super excited to share something really good.

Amazon has AI summaries which are always something to consider.

 

I have not noticed them here.  Can you give us an item number to look at?

I haven't seen any AI Reviews.  That doesn't make any sense to me.  Can you give an example please?

 

QVC is now using AI to answer Questions.  Nearly all of the search engines and other retailers I go to are using AI for Questions, and Sizing Assistance.  But not to post Reviews.

I still read reviews and periodically will write one if my purchase is extremely good or bad.

@Baba lou.  There are plenty of customer-written reviews, many more than written by other means.  It's not a source of dissatisfaction for me.  I write many too.  Do you?

@Baba lou - I have never seen any reviews generated by AI on the QVC website; as others have noted, there are answers to potential questions available through an AI tool, but you can skip right past that and read all reviews that have been posted.

 

As for videos, if an item has been presented on air at any time, it will typically have a video on the product page. Can you give an example of a Lunchtime Special item where you can't see a video? That way, other customers can check whether we have the same issue or if you might just have a problem with viewing a video if it is there. (Most, if not all, Lunchtime Special items have been offered for a long time and have had multiple presentations over the months/years, so they should have videos.)
