A Suggestion...

I see that all Susan Graver purchases have free shipping and handling today. I think that is great. One of the frequent reasons I don't purchase items is due to the shipping and handling...but also, the returns. My suggestion is to offer free shipping and free returns on all items. I order many items from QVC but I have also begun ordering more from sites like Nordstrom, Amazon, Zappos, Old Navy, etc because they have free shipping and free returns. Providing this offer makes me feel like I can truly get the item home and try it out without having to spend extra money. When I see an item on QVC, I automatically add an additional $10 to the price (S&H plus tax); then if I need to return the item it is another $7 - $8. That adds up...I have decreased my QVC ordering a lot because of this. So, thanks for the free shipping offer!! I do appreciate that but please consider the free shipping and free returns option. Anyone else feel this way?

It would be really nice to have some free shipping events occasionally, instead of just the flash Easy Pay events that they have been having on a daily basis!

@Girlboss QVC's "try on fee" has discouraged me from giving items particularly clothing or shoes a try.....I don't want to have to pay the $6.95 return fee and lose my original shipping too (in most cases this adds up to $11 or more) there are so many other online retailers with better deals on shipping and returns.....
