A SHIPPING SUGGESTION again! TO SAVE US MONEY TOO!

Qvc needs a better shipping plan. First of all, items that are lightweight ship for $5 or more and others snip for less.

Qvc needs to institute a shipping program. Here are two good choices:

1. QShip- you pay a yearly fee and pay nothing for a set amount of shipping. Amazon does this and is very successful at it. Also like Amazon you can add 4 people on your membership who only get the shipping but no other perks.

2. Shipping/handling is a set fee for all items- say $5. On some you will save money but on others not so much. Or make it $6.95 and return shipping is free. I guess there would have to be a price for heavy items but a chair isn't really shipped it's delivered by a local store, no increase shipping needed!

AND all TSVs should have free shipping! And there need to be more 5&6 Easy Pay days. I already get 3 with my CuCard....

I hope QVC sees this and starts to finally get their shipping under control. The website needs fixing too and CSRs could do this from home! Thanks!

While I am sure you, like so many other posters here, have experie ce running shopping channels, QVC seems to be fine with how they currently price their shipping.

Shipping is a necessary cost of doing business ,and it is part of QVC's profits. Believe it or not, QVC is a business. They have to mae money to survivie.

I'd prefer a discount when buying multiple items. Or free shipping if you order a certain amount.

And I was going to say that I'm sure QVC just missed it the first time she suggested all this, and now that she's posted it again they're sure to get right ON it and "get things under control" with shipping AND the website. Because...you know...all you should ever need to do is just tell 'em what you need 'em to do and boom - done!

SHIPPING.....it has to stop.

It is the WHAT, that is going to drive me away from QVC. You have to sort this out.

You are LOSING many, many, many of us over the shipping charges which on average for me is $20 an item....to me, back to you etc.
EXCHANGES should be free back to you and free back to me
SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE.

And what happened to $3 an item..... so especially for those of us with Q cards...... FREE SHIPPING.... you have to start competing with Amazon, because I am using QVC often now just for price comparison.

There are 3 people calling for either reduced or free shipping in this month-old thread. *Three.* Granted, others would like more breaks on shipping, but "many many many" is not true. Many many many are, however, continuing to buy.

QVC doesn't "have" to do anything just because a customer demands that they do it. They HAVE listened. They're just not going to do as you demand.

QVC will not miss the buying power of those who post threatening to stop buying, or who say they have stopped buying. Less than 50 people (often the same people) when they sell in the millions? Not even a drop in the bucket.

Have a great time buying QVC's clothing and jewelry lines from Amazon. As for other items - there never has been any reason to buy cosmetics and pots and pans from QVC, Amazon has always been the better deal. That's not anything new.
