I always say, "Pay me now, l pay me later sooner or later you have to pay!"  I understand large priced items or returns with less invested so helpful. I can't recall the last time I used it?

My Aunt who passed away had a Q account with easy pays and her Stepson I am sure didnt know how to pay it off? He didnt even know what QVC was? He mentioned a CC that kept charging  and getting bills and was tired of it.

@UpNorthGorgy  -  Easy Pay is not for everyone - especially those who are unable to keep up with it.

My Easy Pays go to my Q card each month and I pay the card off in full each month.  Works great for me.

It seems like QVC offers five Easy Pays almost every weekend, whether they do it through a big, blaring promo or just apply it to the inventory and note that in the item descriptions. It also seems like every free shipping event includes this offer, which is annoying to me because I might like to select three Easy Pays if I decide to buy something big or a bunch of things to get the most out of the free shipping, but I don't need a five-split and I don't want to have to wrangle payment options later.

@loriqvc @they used to,offer free shipping & 5 EP ,  not any longer now it's usually free shipping & states EP which is usually 3 on most items , but not items I want .

Re: 5 Easy Pays more often

[ Edited ]

I am laughing at bit at the term Easy Pay.  My pastor gave a sermon once on money issues.  He said , there is no such thing as "easy payment", he said, "I have never made an easy payment in my life", lol. True. The easy payment comes up every month and I go, AGAIN!!!  Didn't I pay that thing off.?  What do you mean 3 EASY pays left......lol.  When I do buy, which isn't too often, I pay in full.  Those easy payments amount to a big payment every month combined all together.  But I realize it can be a Saving Grace for many.

QVC offering EZ Pay makes it extremely difficult to manage payments.  They only sho future payments and do not provide historical even if only the past month.  I don't use EZ pay much but noticed on a Christmas tree recently that I bought a wait list item toward the end of the month.  Initial pmt was with order but the 2nd pmt didn't show until the next month when shipped.  So there was over 30 days between 1st and 2nd pmts and crossed months. The 3rd month was a 5wk month 31 days.  Two pmts were charged that month. For people like me who manage fincances n a budget set up for monthly 30 day this is like throwing a wench into the works.  QVC EZ pays are an accounting nightmare.  So naturally people who don's manage their payments end up with payments they cannot make.
