2 Out 0f 4 Were Used!

Recently I tried 2 of QVC's jewelry lines. I ordered 4 of Veronese and 4 Judith Ripka. 2 of each came "used/as is" and the 2 Veronese were damaged {#emotions_dlg.angry}

The Ripka's were 14k clad and 2 were very dark and dirty looking! I know they had to be returns!!!

QVC could you please save your customers mega $$$$ by separating the returns that should go over to AS IS? I don't want to pay to ship back something I didn't order!!!

Also, please make a separate place on the web for "as is" I don't want to look at them!!!

Now I must monitor my returns and call for shipping refunds for the items that came wrong to me..........
