Include the S&H w/the prices. 

 

Instead of showing the S&H prices,  just indicate "taxes" where applicable.

 

When the hosts & hostesses mention the price of the item, have them say S&H is included in the price.

 

 

"Never argue with a fool. Onlookers may not be able to tell the difference."
