The Eli story just doesn't ring true to me. My gut says there's something else going on there and with the over/under coming into play, it's a little troubling.

Bradford is reportedly fine. He just had a mild ankle sprain and the x-ray was purely precautionary. Supposedly he's fine, but we'll find out this weekend.

Fourth and one calls are always tricky. If you go for it and fail, you're an idiot. If you go for the field goal and the kicker misses, you're an idiot. A local reporter had tweeted pregame that Cody Parkey was hitting field goals from 53 yards easily and whatever issue he'd had in pre-season seemed gone. Naturally he then missed a 44 yard kick. Even then we weren't dead until the pass went through Jordan Matthews hands and was picked off. There were just too many penalties and we got off to too slow a start. You can't do that.
