I agree with TEGANSLAW everything I'm reading online or hearing on Podcasts is predicting it's the Eagles or Cowboys as the NFC East Division Winner (however, even if the Cowboys get to the playoffs a quick demise is predicted---thank the good Lord ) But most are picking Eagles if they really know football.....Perhaps your co-worker heard a few NY Giant HOMERS....
There are questions about the Giants offensive line, , questions about how their quarterback will perform too because of lack of protection and questions about their receivers too...is WR Shepherds ACL really fully healed
The Washington Group on Twitter was talking about this and I said I wouldnt be surprised if the NFL mandated the national media to talk up the Cowboys since they are the most valuable team, in terms of worth according to Forbes.....9.5 billion, the next is Patriots at 7 billion
The Texans have given up on SA they used to send an entourage to promote their team but even the players that came said, "We know most of you are Cowboy fans but we hope that you'll support us as well......." After awhile they quit coming altogether.....News about the Texans is obligatory and minimal at best due to lack of interest..... fans are more interested in college or even High School than the Texans and now that they dont have a very good team Texan support is probably non-existent. Now as for me and my friends if we want to attend an actual NFL game we go to Houston rather than Dallas, its closer and better overall experience!!!

The Kansas QB Daniels is looking pretty impressive in this Kansas/Illinois game.

@teganslaw - yeah, no idea where he heard that about the Giants and I should've asked him. If I think of it next week when we're emailing back and forth, I'll ask him but he is a bit concerned about Sunday's night game. I was pretty surprised when he said that about the Giants as I know when I watched that NFL special the other night, their team was not even mentioned about being in contention for the NFC East.
@Spurt - yeah, I could always tell when I lived down there that S.A. had little to no interest in the Texans, being Don would hardly ever talk about them when he did sports and the same way with the Sunday night show. I don't remember ever seeing anyone down there walking around with a Texans shirt on when I was out and about.

I enjoyed the Lions/Chiefs game and am looking forward to a great season.
@gardenman Just curious, what's your beef with the Niner's?

I never had an issue with the Niners until last season's playoff game and the aftermath. The Eagles won the game 31-7 and all we've heard since then are Niners players insisting they'd have won if the league had allowed them to dress another QB.
They tried to block our best pass rusher with a tight end who failed miserably and Brock Purdy got injured. Then their backup QB got a concussion and also had to leave the game. They brought Purdy back in, but he was very limited.
There was no league rule saying you could only dress two QBs. They could have had 53 QBs dressed for the game if they wanted to. They chose to only have two. They had a stupid offensive philosophy of trying to block our best pass rusher with an ineffective tight end. They put their QBs at risk through that philosophy.
All we've heard since that game is nonstop whining of how unfair it was that they only had two QBs available and how they'd have easily beaten us if they'd had one more. They lost 31-7. It wasn't a close game. Their offensive line was over matched by our defensive line. They just weren't good enough. Instead of accepting the loss and admitting the Eagles were the better team that game, they continue to insist they'd have won if only there were different rules. The nonstop whining has taken them from a team I was indifferent to, and made them into a team I dislike.

The Colts have no one on injury report for Sunday. RB Zack Moss is questionable, but could still play. He will be sharing reps with Deon Jackson and Evan Hull. If he's unable to go, then the Colts will have someone from the practice squad to fill in. One of the few times everyone is healthy and set to go.
Terry McLaurin will play Sunday. He has a lingering turf toe injury, so I don't know how limited he will be. Jahan Dotson will probably be more involved in the game.

Washington's DE Chase Young will not play in Sunday's regular season opener and is not expected back until at least Week 3 with a neck injury, multiple sources say.
Glad to hear WR Terry McLaurin WILL play!
Marvin Harrison Jr plays for Ohio State and scored his 1st TD!
Dak Prescott was sedated for 11 hours in order to get a special tattoo on his leg....I wonder if the sedative will still be impacting him when he takes the field Sunday Night..on second maybe that will help him reduce his interceptions HOPE NOT!!!...

The Josh Harris Group is really trying to make amends for Snyder's alienation of Redskin alumni--Mitchell Rales is sending his private plane to pick up QB Sonny Jurgensen, Kicker Dustin Hopkins and even former QB Taylor Heinicke (that was nice of them to include Heinicke!) ......And they will be joined by Billy Kilmer, John Riggins and Champ Bailey. Bailey will be honored as Washington’s Legend of Game and will serve as an honorary captain.

I wonder about the legality of a tattoo parlor using sedation on customers. I'd be surprised if they had anesthesia training. You don't want to fool around with anesthesia. Even in a hospital setting with highly trained anesthesiologists, eleven hours is a long time. In general, you want someone under anesthesia as little as possible. It's going to be interesting to see what comes from that.

But oh, Dak said "I'm not afraid of nothing" (but this could have a bad impact on your health Dak--SMH!) and he said "medical professionals" supervised the sedation.....But since Jerry wasnt aware of sedation for tattoos I wonder if future procedures will be banned from the team.....?????
