Game day two of the week! Kudos to the Jags for winning the AFC South. Get used to that also. They're on the upswing and the rest of the AFC South is either declining or holding steady. Not a great game from Trevor Lawrence, but the Jags defense came through for them. Trevor needs a good offseason with a QB guru like Tom House to refine things and then look out! The kid has the talent, he just needs refinement.

The Eagles take on whoever the Giants throw on the field today. It sounds like the Giants are holding back their big guns to save them for the playoffs. That's a good strategy for them. Get them rested and healthy for a game that matters more. The Eagles want that first-round bye though, so they'll be playing their starters more. I'm not expecting this to be an especially pretty game.

It makes sense for the Giants to rest their starters because they can't improve their playoff seeding, but I bet the Cowboys aren't happy about that giving the Eagles a better opportunity to win the game and the NFC EAST CROWN is  hanging in the balance....

Davis Webb is the Giants QB for this game

the ravens are pretty much playing a pre-season game today......who knows who will be out on the field? a bunch of starters are out, some secondary go tos are out, and we have let go of at least two players, including desean jackson. all in preparation for next week.

the coaching staff has really been slammed on social media. fans are NOT happy......many want at least ROMAN gone.

The Giants are only too happy to upset the Cowboys. They are still upset about that Cowboys/Eagles trade that brought Devonte Smith to Philly. They wouldn't mind beating us, but if our beating them hurts the Cowboys, well they'd be okay with that too.

I was wondering how the Raven fans were feeling.....many NFL Commentators have said with contract negotiations still pending and recovering from knee injury no way would Lamar consider playing.....

Houston leading 17-7 at halftime.  It looks like Houston is playing to win. Maybe playing for their coach's job, also.

Buffalo and New England are close. I liked to see Nyheim Hines returning the kickoff for a touchdown.

Congrats to the Jaguars! They might not go far in the playoffs, but it's a big change from last year.

Washington players spoke out with anonymity and said this about OC Scott Turner---

Players are frustrated. They complained about predictably of the offense or abandoning a game plan that was working----Turner outsmarted himself---- Opponents easily anticipated their plays...... failure to utilize all the talent!

Fans were also discussing problems with the oline---- someone pointed out Trent Williams  (49ers), Brandon Scherff (Jags), Moses Morgan (Ravens)......These players had all been with Washington ....oh what could've been....Just like the Redskin's coaches---Back in 2013 we had all 3  on staff at the same time...McVay, LaFleur, Shannahan...🤔🙄
